General Features
Inn Rooms with two beds and private baths
Each Inn room boasts very comfortable beds and houses a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, iron and small ironing board. All linens are provided.
Cabins with one or two bedrooms and private baths
Our cabins are very comfortable spaces, some of which sleep up to 6 persons. Each cabin allows guests to prepare simple meals in the furnished kitchenette.
Dormitory sleeping areas for over 200
Our Main Dorm has 144 sleep spaces in bunk bed style. The Great Room is a perfect place for informal gatherings, business meetings or worship services. Restrooms are located in each wing connected to the lobby.
Year round food services
Delicious meals are prepared specifically for each group’s needs. Kid friendly food for our younger campers, hearty meals for teens and Banquet Style serving for adult retreats are all possibilities during your stay at our Retreat Center.
Gymnasium with regulation basketball or volleyball courts
The Fairbanks Recreational Center is not only a great place for games and recreation, but can also be used for gatherings up to 350 persons in a banquet style setting and up to 500 persons with auditorium seating. Its functionality gives a wide variety of uses for camps and retreats.
Gymnasium loft and game room
The loft is a great place to relax with ping pong, foosball and air hockey.
Shelter house and playground areas
The Grove is a special place to relax and play under the shelter of shade trees. The shelter house is near the preschool playground and has many picnic tables for meals and games. The Grove also has a playground for older children, including a Ga-ga Ball pit, along with basketball courts and tether ball.
Outdoor pool
A great way to cool off on a hot summer day is our large outdoor pool. Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, it is a favorite of campers and adults alike.
9 hole disc golf course
Our 9 Hole Disc Golf course is a favorite of teens and adults. It is situated along the wooded area of the Retreat Center and is a refreshing walk around the grounds.
Various meeting spaces seating up to 350
We have several different options for meetings and gatherings. Albea hall is available for smaller groups up to 35. Also available is the Great Room in the Main Dorm for under 100 persons and the Fairbanks Recreation Center.
Auditorium seating
Shankel Auditorium is a large area for worship during kid’s camp, youth camps and retreats and family camp gatherings and other large retreats. It has a large platform for praise bands, 2 large screens with projectors and sound system. The Auditorium will seat up to 1200 persons.
RV Park with full hook up
Our RV Park has 30 full service hook-up spaces with water, sewer and electricity and many other spaces with electricity and water. There is also tent camping near the shower house facility.
Accessibility to The Grand Lake
Lighthouse Camp and Retreat Center is located near The Grand Lake @ St. Marys. LCRC has access to a channel that leads out to the lake. We are also located near the Grand Lake St. Marys State Park where boat docks are located.
